Printing from Vista - If windows printing doesn't work...

So I'm sure many people have been hit by the 'There is not enough memory to perform this operation' issue with Samsung and other third-party drivers on Vista when connecting to network shares (hosted by XP). I've come across a great solution:

1. Setup LPD print sharing on the XP server.
2. Setup LPR monitor (i.e. LDR client) on the Vista client.
3. Install printer driver from scratch (it'll install to LPT1 or something) on the Vista client. Accept 'no hardware' installation.
4. Edit the printer properties, click Ports, Add new, Type IP address and printer name of the server.

It worked for me with my Samsung SCX-4100.
